Returns & Exchanges

Each Astroshap print is made to order using archival materials and custom production processes. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the artwork and packaging

If a defect or damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
